Barack Obama

The previous president, of the United States number 44 of the US, Obama is in pretty great shape. He works out six days a week and does stuff like playing basketball, running, cards, and upper and lower body training. It has been very important to him since when he was in college. Aside from this, Obama has an insanely healthy diet, consisting of almost no sugar!

Although we may not know what standards they held back then, we can assume that Washington was strong. If he was able to chop down a cherry tree and lead an army, even in winter, he had to have been athletic, and strong. His paintings show him as tall thin, and athletic. He was also a dancer known for his energetic manner through dance.

John Quincy Adams

John Quincy Adams

One of the most intelligent presidents, but also an athlete. He swam up and down the Potomac and took three to four-mile walks each day. He lived till he was 80 years old, which is pretty old back then.

Theodore Roosevelt

This guy was arguably one of the most well-rounded presidents in terms of fitness. He wrestled, boxed, hunted, rode horses, fenced, rock climbed, hiked, did Jiu-Jitsu, and played tennis.
